The ISO certification compliments J.G. Ross's quality product by setting up an externally-verified process of company self-monitoring and Quality management and quality assurance standards through to problem-solving techniques. J.G. Ross joins firms such as IBM, Compaq, Digital Equipment, Xerox, Toshiba and Hewlett-Packard in ISO certification.

About ISO
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies from some 130 countries, one from each country. ISO is a non-governmental organization established in 1947. The mission of ISO is to promote the development of standardization and related activities in the world with a view to facilitating the international exchange of goods and services, and to developing cooperation in the spheres of intellectual, scientific, technological and economic activity. The emerging worldwide standard for product and process quality, ISO 9000 is adopted by 91 countries which comprise the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO 9000 is best known to European countries who use the certification as a means of identifying companies dedicated to providing a customer with the best product and service possible. According to ISO assessors, the certification process is rigorous and only 30% of the companies who strive to become certified are successful on their first audit. Certification is an ongoing process and J.G. Ross will undergo regular internal and external audits by third party ISO assessors. There's no limit to the level of quality we can provide, J.G. Ross has always had a very strong quality program, with all of our products being 100% tested. Now that we are ISO 9002 certified we can further demonstrate our commitment to a consistent level of quality.

To enable JG Ross to maintain their strict quality control procedures and their ISO certification the company goes through an annual rigorous auditing procedure carried out by representatives from the British Standards Institute.
