At JG Ross we produce many types of pressings. We manufacture
using very fine materials, right up to large pressings.
We produce highly detailed intricate shapes using a mixture
of modern and traditional manufacturing methods. This allows
us to offer our customers very competitive rates.

Our toolroom and press shop facilities have a vast experience
of setting and running simple designs through to highly
intricate shapes. Please do not hesitate to ask for a

Small & High Volume Our mixture of light to
medium sized presses allow us to produce a vast range of pressings for many different applications,
in low, medium or high volume production runs. We supply
to
the electronic, aerospace and general engineering trades
Tooling
We produce a large range of products made from multi-stage
progression tooling (similar to this photo). Our
toolroom is fully equipped to cope with all the necessary
tooling, or special purpose layouts your components may
require, adding speed and efficiency in our production
department.
