	Specification A compression spring is an open-coil helical spring that offers resistance to a compressive force applied axially. Although most compression springs are coiled at a constant diameter, there are other forms such as Conical , Barrel , Concave but to name a few. These are usually made from round wire, but can be supplied sectional wire for special needs.
